Papayas are grown in tropical areas like Mexico and Central America. It was brought to the United States in the 20th Century.

- cut the papaya the long way
- scoop out the seed
- scoop the papaya into blender cup
- add about a cup of water and then blend it!
If the papaya taste is too overwhelming, add some maple syrup in it. Be sure the papaya you picked is ripe so it is sweeter.
