Organic Pomegranate Mint Lemonade (no added sugar)

Another day of the heat wave in Los Angeles! Its been 3 days of 100*F! I hope it cools down soon. As I am sitting here melting away, my East coast friends and family are all bundled up for the Fall. Wish I was sitting by the fire with hot cocoa in my hand and roasting marshmallow. Mmmm…

One way I keep myself cool and happy on a hot day like this is to make an ice cold beverage! What could be better than an ice cold, refreshing, all-natural drink in your hand while keeping your body hydrated?! Today, I am staying cool with organic pomegranate lemonade. Loaded with Vitamin C and anti-oxidant 🙂 No added sugar. It is a great way to get yourself to drink water and stay hydrated if you are not a plain water drinker.


1 Organic lemon

Handful pomegranate



  1. Use lemon squeezer and squeeze the lemon
  2. Add crushed or a handful of pomegranate. If you want it to be more flavorful, crush it!
  3. Add fresh mint.
