Acai Bowl With Superfood- Quinoa

Time for something more exciting than just granola.Today, I made my Acai bowl with I Heart Keenwah‘s chocolate sea salt clusters and fresh sliced banana. Yep, you read it right! Quinoa clusters! The perfect balance of sweetness and crunchiness with the combination of almond, chocolate, and quinoa.

I Heart Keenwah is a quinoa company that makes quinoa snackable! It is pronounced “Keen-wah”! For those who aren’t familiar with Quinoa, Quinoa is a superfood that originates from South America, known as the “mother of all grains”. Quinoa is the only grain that is a complete source of protein- same kind of protein that is found in meat and dairy. AKA, it contains all the essential amino acids. Acai juice from Sambazon

2 Whole organic banana

I Heart Keenwah’s chocolate sea salt

Directions:

  1. Blend Acai puree with 1/2 banana and a splash of Acai juice
  2. Top it with sliced banana and I heart Keenwah
