It is Fall season on the East coast and I miss sitting by the bonfire roasting marshmallow and making s’mores. To comfort myself, I made a almond butter with dark chocolate on brown rice cake. Its easy, fast and comforting. I used Justin‘s classic almond butter, which is made with all natural California almonds! And Bark Thins dark chocolate with pumpkin seed and sea salt. I chose Bark Thins to make this snack because of the shape ( its thinner than chocolate bars), fair trade certified ingredients and Non-GMO verified.

- spread the almond butter on top of the rice cake
- place chocolate on top of the almond butter
- microwave it for 45 secs
