Mango pineapple shrimp taco! Sweet and spicy all in one bite.
Organic can pineapple
Organic frozen mango
Cabbage ( green and purple)
Organic red pepper
Organic sweet onion
- Pour 1/2-1 can pineapple in a stir-fry pan (based on personal preference) be sure to pour some juice into the pan
- Add frozen mango and stir-fry with pineapple.
- Slice the onion and cube red pepper and add it in with rest of the stir fry
- Add shrimp. Add more pineapple juice if desired.
- Add a pinch of Himalayan salt
- Slice the cabbage and put it on top of the taco shell
- Once shrimp is cooked, add the stir fry pan items on to the taco shell.
