One of my dilemmas always is what do I bring for lunch tomorrow when I got no leftovers? Going out for lunch could be costly, unhealthy and time-consuming… One of my on the go to bring for lunch is a veggie burger. Easy to make, healthy and save $!
Veggie burger could get boring sometimes. How many black bean burger could we eat right? Recently I came across Dr. Praeger’s kale veggie burger. It is very tasty. Not mentioning its organic, non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free. No artificial flavoring or coloring. What I love about this kale veggie burger is if you read the ingredient list, you will recognize all ingredients that are listed on their label claim yep, there is no long chemical name.
To make your own kale veggie burger on the go:
1 Dr. Praeger’s kale veggie patty
1 Whole wheat slims
Spread of your choice (I like my with beet hummus )
Organic alfalfa sprout
All you need to do is to heat up the patty and assemble the burger the way you like it!
Fast, easy, save $ and most importantly, HEALTHY!
