Fresh green beans with potato! Serve great with rice 🙂
Two medium size potatoes
Fresh green beans cut in small pieces
One teaspoon cumin seeds
One teaspoon turmeric
One tablespoon coriander powder
One tablespoon red chili powder (optional)
One tablespoon oil
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Put cumin seeds into the pan until they start to crackle
3. Add potatoes and beans. Fry them for a minute
4. Add all spices. Cover it pan and put it on medium heat utill the potatoes are soft.

Low calorie, rich in dietary fiber and good source of vitamin A.
