Raw ahi tuna brown rice bowl for lunch! This is maybe my favorite dish in 2016! Full of flavors and filled with different textures. Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Rice
Ahi Tuna (available at your local Japanese market)
1 Mini Cucumber
Sliced ginger or sushi ginger
1/3 cup White and green onion
pinch of red chili flakes
1/2 Organic avocado
2 Leaf of organic kale
Sauce: siracha aioli
- Cook brown rice
- Chop and slice all vegetables
- Once the rice is cooked, let it cool down.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with the sriracha aioli and a splash of sesame oil
Storage and condition:
Store in refrigeration and eat within 24 hours.
