super smoothie: beet and pomegranate

1 organic beet root

1/4 cup of fresh organic pomegranate

Next organic dried coconut

1 fresh orange

Directions:

  1. cut the beet into cubes and peel the pomegranate into blender cup
  2. hand squeeze one fresh orange and add a splash of water
  3. blend it and top it off with dried coconut

Beets have many great health benefits.
