I recently came across an article about a woman who fought colon cancer by drinking carrot juice for nine months and she won the battle. I was inspire by the story and decided to make some for myself.
For two servings
One organic small beet root
2 organic oranges
5-6 celery stalks
5 organic carrots
1 organic cucumber
One tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of turmeric
- Peel beet root, oranges, cucumber and carrots.
- Wash baby spinach and beetroot.
- Run all ingredients through juicer
- Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and turmeric at the end.
