Ingredients
  • 3cup SpinachOrganic
  • 1Whole AvocadoOrganic, Sliced
  • 1/2cup QuinoaOrganic, cooked
  • 1/2 cup EdamameOrganic, Frozen
  • 1/2cup Black beanOrganic
  • 1/4cup Roasted walnutOrganic
  • 1/4cup SproutOrganic
  • 1/4cup Red quinoaOrganic
  • 1/4cup ChickpeaOrganic
  • PomegranateOrganic
  • Roasted almondOrganic, sliced
  • Lemon vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Cook quinoa and red quinoa according to direction. Let it cool down.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together with lemon vinaigrette.
