  1. Floret all the cauliflower. Slice the lime the circular way. Chop the fresh mint.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix cauliflower with salt, ginger, jalapeno pepper, lime juice and olive oil.
  3. Place the sliced lime in an ovan pan. Place the mixture in the pan around the lime. Then sprink fresh mint on top.
  4. Pre heat the oven at 425 degrees and roast it for 10-15 mintues.
