To sprouted black chickpeas, put them in cotton cloth. Knot the cloth tightly and keep them in water for two days. After two days, black chickpeas will sprout.
Sprouted black chickpeas
One medium tomato
One boiled potato (optional)
- Take sprouted black chickpeas in a pan with half cup water. Put it on medium heat and boil it for five minutes. Drain the water.
- Mix all the ingredients in.
One cup serving of black chickpeas has 14.5 grams of protein.
