Sprouted Black Chickpeas Salad

Life on the go but want something healthy and loaded with protein? Try this sprouted black chickpea salad!

Preparation:

To sprouted black  chickpeas, put them in cotton cloth. Knot the cloth tightly and keep them in water for two days. After two days, black chickpeas will sprout.

 

Ingredients:

Sprouted black chickpeas

One medium tomato

One cucumber

One boiled potato (optional)

Salt

Black pepper

  1. Take sprouted black chickpeas in a pan with half cup water. Put it on medium heat and boil it for five minutes. Drain the water.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in.

Nutritional value:

One cup serving of black chickpeas has 14.5 grams of protein.
