Healthy Summer Salmon Sesame Salad (GF)

What can beat a beautiful fresh salad to stay cool and happy all summer long?!

1 Whole watermelon radish

1/4 Cup of sugar snap peas

1 Organic yellow zucchini

Organic fresh dill

Salmon

1 Tablespoon sesame seed

Sesame vinaigrette

Salt

Directions:

  1. Sauteed the salmon with a pinch of salt
  2. Sauteed sliced yellow zucchini and snap peas (optional, can eat it raw) with a pinch of salt until desired
  3. Slice the watermelon radish
  4. In a mixing bowl, toss the yellow zucchini, snap peas and watermelon radish with sesame vinaigrette and dill
  5. Add cooked salmon on top and sprinkle some sesame.

Radish:

Sugar snap peas:

Sugar snap peas are low in calories and unlike another vegetable, sugar snap peas are sweet and crunchy! And sugar snap peas contains protein with no fat!
