Mango Pineapple Shrimp Taco

Mango pineapple shrimp taco! Sweet and spicy all in one bite.



Taco shell

Organic can pineapple

Organic frozen mango

Cabbage ( green and purple)

Organic red pepper

Organic sweet onion

Himalayan salt


  1. Pour 1/2-1 can pineapple in a stir-fry pan (based on personal preference) be sure to pour some juice into the pan
  2. Add frozen mango and stir-fry with pineapple.
  3. Slice the onion and cube red pepper and add it in with rest of the stir fry
  4. Add shrimp. Add more pineapple juice if desired.
  5. Add a pinch of Himalayan salt
  6. Slice the cabbage and put it on top of the taco shell
  7. Once shrimp is cooked, add the stir fry pan items on to the taco shell.
