Raw Ahi Tuna Brown Rice Bowl

Raw ahi tuna brown rice bowl for lunch! This is maybe my favorite dish in 2016!  Full of flavors and filled with different textures. IMG_9230Ingredients:

1 Cup Brown Rice

Ahi Tuna (available at your local Japanese market)

1 Mini Cucumber

Sliced ginger or sushi ginger

1/3 cup White and green onion

Sesame oil

Sesame seeds

pinch of red chili flakes

1/2 Organic avocado

2 Leaf of organic kale

Macadamia nuts


Sauce: siracha aioli


  1. Cook brown rice
  2. Chop and slice all vegetables
  3. Once the rice is cooked, let it cool down.
  4. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with the sriracha aioli and a splash of sesame oil

Storage and condition:

Store in refrigeration and eat within 24 hours.
