Vegan Almond Butter Turmeric Asian Salad

  • 1/2Whole Green appleOrganic and sliced
  • 2cups Leafy greensOrganic
  • 1/2cups CarrotsOrganic and shredded
  • 1/2cup Purple Cabbageorganic and shredded
  • 1Tablespoon Black sesame
  • CilantroOrganic
  • Almond butter tumeric dressing
  1. Slice the apple (thickness based on personal preference) Shreds carrots and purple cabbage.
  2. On top of a bed of greens, add apple, carrots and purple cabbage.
  3. Pour the almond butter turmeric dressing and then sprinkle some black sesame.
  4. Finish the salad with some fresh cilatro and a star cut from watermelmon radish.
