Ingredients
  • 1 1/2Cups Whole wheat flour
  • 2-3Whole BananaOrganic. 2 in bread and 1 for the top.
  • 2Whole EggOrganic
  • 1/3Cup Avocado OilOrganic
  • 1/4Cup Greek yogurtOrganic
  • 1/4Cup Walnut
  • 1/4Cup Oat
  • 2Teaspoon Baking soda
  • Himalayan SaltPinch
Instructions
  1. Mix banana, egg, avocado oil, Greek yogurt, baking soda, salt in a blender. If you don’t have a blender, in a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix whole wheat flour, walnut, and oats together.
  3. Slow add the dry to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Oil the bread baking bowl.
  5. Pour the dough into a bread baking bowl.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350F. If you are baking in a small conventional oven, make sure there is enough space for the bread to expand.
