  • 3cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Dark chocolate chipsOrganic
  • 1cup Vegetable oil
  • 1can Pumpkin pureeOrganic
  • 2large EggsOrganic
  • 1/2cup Cane sugar
  • 1/2cup Brown sugarOrganic
  • 2teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2teaspoon Vanilla ExtractOrganic
  • 1teaspoon Ground CinnamonOrganic
  • 1/2teaspoon Himalayan Salt
  • 1teaspoon Ground gingerOrganic, optional
  • 1/4teaspoon Ground NutmegOrganic, optional
  • 1/4teaspoon Ground ClovesOrganic, optional
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oil, pumpkin, sugar, egg and vanilla together.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves together.
  3. Slowly add the dry to the wet and fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 375F. Once done, let it cool on cooling rack.
