Quinoa Chia Oats
  • 1Cup OatsSteel cut
  • 1/2Cup QuinoaOrganic
  • 1Teaspoon Coconut oilor olive oil
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1/2Cup Almond milkOr soy milk, coconut milk or whatever you milk you prefer
  • 1Tablespoon ChiaOrganic
Toppings (Based on personal preference)
  • StrawberryOrganic
  • BlueberryOrganic
  • AppleOrganic
  • PomegranateOrganic
  • Powdered SugarOptional
  • Maple SyrupOptional
  1. Rinse quinoa in a strainer so it doesn’t taste bitter after you cook it.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and at the steel cut oats. Stir them around and cook until they smell toasty. It should take about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add quinoa and hot water and bring it all to boil.
  4. Once its boil, turn down the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 mintues.
  5. Before its done, add your choice of milk and turn off the heat.
