In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, shallot, ketchup, jalapeño, and Korean BBQ sauce.
On a grill or in a pan on medium heat, place the patties in the pan. Let it cook until the top is starting to turn white then flip it.
Place the cauliflower flour thins in the oven at 375 for about 5 minutes. Or you can put it in your toaster.
Once it’s toasted, spread your favorite condiment. Then lay the patties in middle and stack it with tomatoes and arugula.
Pre-heat the oven at 375F. In a mixing bowl, mix oil, sliced potatoes, and salt together.
Bake potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until turns golden brown. The amount of time will depends on how thick you cut the potato. I like my potato about 1/4″ thick.
