  • 2Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1Cup Warm waterBetween 110° to 115°
  • 3Whole KiwiOne use for topping.
  • 3Whole Banana1 or 1/2 use for topping
  • 1/3Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1/3Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2Whole Eggs
  • 1/4Cup OatsOptional
  • 2Teaspoon Baking soda
  • Himalayan SaltSprinkle
  1. Mix kiwi, banana, egg, avocado oil, Greek yogurt, baking soda, salt in a blender. If you don’t have a blender, in a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. It is okay if the kiwi is in chunks.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix whole wheat flour, walnut, and oats together.
  3. Slow add the dry to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Oil the bread baking bowl.
  5. Pour the dough into a bread baking bowl.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350F. If you are baking in a small conventional oven, make sure there is enough space for the bread to expand.
