  • 1 1/2cup All-purpose flour
  • 2teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1teaspoon Ground CinnamonOrganic
  • 1 1/4cups Almond milkOr soy milk, Organic
  • 1tablespoon Maple SyrupOrganic,
  • 1tablespoon Ghee butter
  • 1whole BananaOrganic, Mashed
  • 1cup SpinachOrganic, Packed
  • GranolaOrganic
  • Fresh StrawberryOrganic
  • Fresh BlackberryOrganic
  • Maple Syrup
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and ground cinnamon together
  2. Place the remaining ingreidents in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. And then mix until combined.
  4. Heat a large non-stick pan at medium heat.
  5. Pour about 2 tablespoons of pancake batter into the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until it starts to bubble at the top and golden brown at the bottom. Then flip.
  6. Cook for anther 2 minutes until golden brown.
