Ingredients
Salad
  • 1/2Cup Cherry tomatoDiced
  • 1/4Cup Corn
  • 1Whole CucumberSliced
  • 1-2Whole RadishSliced
  • 1Cup CarrotShredded
  • 1Whole AvocadoSliced
  • 1Cup Kidney bean
  • 3-5Cup Spring mix
  • 1Cup Red CabbageShredded
  • 1Whole Sweet PotatoBake or Boil, Sliced
Salad Dressing
  • 1/2Cup TahiniRaw or Roasted sessame seed
  • 1/4tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4tsp Garlic powderor paste
  • 1/4Cup Warm water
Instructions
Salad
  1. Wash, shred, slice all ingredients.
  2. In a bowling bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Salad Dress
  1. Add tahini, Himalayan salt, and garlic powder to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add water and continuing to whisk until you have a creamy or pourable sauce.
