Ingredients
  • 1 1/2Cup Almond FlourOrganic
  • 1/2Cup Coconut oilExtra virgin. Can substitute with ghee.
  • 1/2Cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1Whole EggOrganic
  • 1/4Cup Coconut SugarOrganic. If you like sweet, can go up to 1/2 cup.
  • 1Teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1teaspoon Himalayan Salt
  • 1teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Mix almond flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar together.
  2. Beat the egg and then add into the dry mix. Then add coconut oil.
  3. Mix until completely combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips. No chill needed unless you want to, you can chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Pre-heat the oven at 375 F.
  6. Scoop the batter out onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 9-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown but the center is still soft.
  8. Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes on the pan before transferring them to a cooling rack.
