The Perfect Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)
Super soft, moist, and chewy!
Extra virgin. Can substitute with ghee.
Dark chocolate chips
Organic. If you like sweet, can go up to 1/2 cup.
Mix almond flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar together.
Beat the egg and then add into the dry mix. Then add coconut oil.
Mix until completely combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. No chill needed unless you want to, you can chill for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven at 375 F.
Scoop the batter out onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 9-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown but the center is still soft.
Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes on the pan before transferring them to a cooling rack.
