Vegetarian Mediterranean Style Avocado Tartare

  • 1Whole AvocadoOrganic
  • 1/2Whole LemonOrganic
  • 1/4Cup Feta CheeseAmount based on personal preference
  • 1/4 Cup Pickle red onionAmount based on personal preference
  • 1Tablespoon CilantroFresh and Organic
  • 1Tablespoon Pinenuts
  • 1Tablespoon Sumac
  • 1Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
  1. Mash avocado and mix it with salt, sumac, cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
  2. Using a mold, place a layer of mashed avocado, feta and pickle red onion. Could layer either three or six layers.
  3. Sprinkle on some pinenuts and sumac on top. Then remove the mold.
