I am all about that beet. Especially when it comes to this beet pizza. Beets add great nutrients, color, and taste.
Beets have many great health benefits. It may help lower blood pressure, boost stamina (source of energy), fight inflammation, contains anti-cancer property, help support mental health, support detoxification and much more. It is rich in folate, manganese, potassium, copper etc. High in fiber and loaded with antioxidant.

One way I enjoy beets is to put it in pizza! What I love about this is recipe is when you bake the beets, the purple pigment from the beet will come out! Your cheese or the surrounding area will be this beautiful blend purple color. A little too beautiful to eat isn't it?

1 Organic beetroot
1 pita bread
tomato sauce or pesto sauce
Cheese (optional and your choice)
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Cube/slice the beets and chop the beets green ( no food should go to waste).
- On pita bread, spread your tomato sauce and cheese
- Top the beets and then greens.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts
