Vegan Radish Salad

Ingredients

1 bunch Whole Organic radish
1 organic Asian Pear or apple
2 tablespoon balsamic vignette
1 teaspoon coconut sugar

Instruction

  1. Slice the radish and Asian pear into small slices. You can a mandoline.
  2. In a bowl, mix it with balsamic vignette with a sprinkle of sugar
