Vegetarian Mediterranean Style Avocado Tartare

Ingredients
1 Whole Avocado Organic
1/2 Whole Lemon Organic
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese Amount based on personal preference
1/4 Cup Pickle red onion Amount based on personal preference
1 Tablespoon Cilantro Fresh and Organic
1 Tablespoon Pine nuts
1 Tablespoon Sumac
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
Instructions- Mash avocado and mix it with salt, sumac, cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
- Using a mold, place a layer of mashed avocado, feta and pickle red onion. Could layer either three or six layers.
- Sprinkle on some pine nuts and sumac on top. Then remove the mold.
